Director with Tetra Tech, Bill has over 30 years of experience in the fields of environmental management and clean energy working for USAID, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank as well as private clients. Bill is a senior member of Tetra Tech’s international energy and infrastructure group. Bill has directed energy, energy efficiency, independent power production, environmental impact assessment, environmental management programs, and sustainable tourism. He is currently leading the USAID funded Indonesia Clean Energy Development (ICED) project, a 9-year, $34 million program to facilitate large scale utility projects and rural electrification using renewable energy resources. ICED has helped mobilize over $1.5 billion in public and private financing and provided modern energy services to over 1.5 million people. A founding board member of BCI, Bill holds a BA in energy and environmental studies from Brown University, and an MBA from the Sustainable Management School in Switzerland.
